Septal Piercing: This is a piercing that goes through the nasal septum where there is a sweet spot called the "collumella"—the area between the bottom of the nose and the cartilage. This piercing should not go through the cartilage itself because that would be painful.
I recently just got my nose pierced and its just a regular stud, it does not have a clasp on the inside. anyway, I've been putting a small band-aid on it every night so it doesn't fall out and i just looked at it in the mirror and it looks pushed in farther into my nose. The stud is so small so is it possible that it might go into my nose fully?

Remove the piercing and continue to clean it until healed. If the same shop offers to re-pierce you decline. No only was the piercing wrong, but the bar is too short, and jewelry looks cheap.

The best thing about a messed up septum piercing (and the pretty septum jewelry that comes with it) is the fact that, unlike a tattoo, it is not permanent, and does not leave much of a trace if you decide to take the ring out for good.
I got my nose pierced about 6 weeks ago. I wanted to try one of the dogbone or screw type studs. I tried the dog bone but to put it in correctly puts the piercing through my nose! In other words, it's to short, I've looked for longer ones but they are usually the same general length (7mm). I am still wearing the original stud which has a long wire that sticks out of my nostril, which I do not.
